HK - food.. and more food..

a chinese brunch.. yummmm

the deep fried stuff is fish skin.. double yumm.. :P crispy hehe...
dont knock it till u try it!!





midnight snack after a hard days shopping :P hehe
ribena lemon drink apposed to lemon tea :)

and some pig something or other with noodles..





got to catch up with some uni friends that had went back to hk after studying ^____^ such a long time since ive seen them... i was still able to recognise them.. went to this jap place in tsim tsa jo (excuse my spelling)








one of our dear friends had left a week before we did.. so we went to try out some of the eating places that had been advertised in magazines for specific asian cuisines.. this one wasnt too bad but wasnt all that either :P








one of the shopping centers had an angel theme for xmas ^___^

was quite yum


friends relo's birthday at the seafood place... again.. =\
and me not really being a seafood person =_="
being forced to try stuff we cant get in oz :P
see some of them sea creatures?? some look positively prehistoric @_@








my friend loves them huge prawns.. i dunno if u can call them prawns.. theyre massive!!
and shashimi something or other.. some other sea creature we cant get in oz that ive never seen before :P






brunch at this 'dairy' place.. sooo goood.. all dairy stuff.. very yum and heaps popular.. they come up with the food pretty quick too.. they have some cheap sets n stuff.
yummo..




a rice thing as a snack since my friend got hungry :)

our hotel room.. quite small.. brand new hotel with good price since it was new..
the owner has issues with bringing in business tho =\ they werent very helpful....


went to the newly opened shopping mall called 'element' in kowloon.. lots of designer labels in that store and some one off stores that they dont have any where else.

had a free dinner at this small chinese place as they owners were from one of my friends home town. hoi nam i think it was. dont remember.. food was quite nice :)

they had some yukult drinks too :D they dont have these here :( like fruity yukult flavours









the bridge we always went across when leaving friends place which is on an island only reachable by bus.. for environmental reasons.


had a friend over from macau.. so we did a karaoke all night thing @_@
karaoke till 5am.. so our macau friend could get the morning ferry back to macau at 6am or smth :P

seafood again.. same place.. same restaurant.. =\ some pics are from other surrounding seafood restaurants in the same area..
how u eat starfish is beyond me... o_O
