Some of the toys that me and my friend has won XD they are sooo addicted to those skill tester machines =P i reckon its rigged.. like they let u actually get a toy every 30 goes or smth =P

anyways.. friend has said they wont get any more of these toys =P i think they're on 6 right now lol

anyhoo.. these machines are quite popular.. they go thru toys pretty quick so some machine may have new toys every few days =D

other then that.. we had really nice food =D they cant seem to stop throwing everything into the food when they were cooking but =P lol bit of everything

im complaining bout the messy cook thing cause i ended up washing everything afterwards lol

but yea.. man.. boy did we eat.. ate like alll day.. lol never ending food..

Went to the bowling alley in fox studios... its quite small tho .. but not a bad refurbishment =D they have different bowling shoes which were more padded then the normal ones u get usually as pictured above. we had ultra violet light tooo.. was different to the normal bowling alleys which was good =D

Wasnt a bad movie =D goes for 2 hours..

seems like there was alot of running around more then anything..

there was action as well =P

was quite good as it did answer questions as well as the storyline linking things together with the previous sequels to this movie with flashbacks

Soccer Camp XD

Went away for a weekend with some people i play soccer with. Stayed at this nice beachside house. Can sleep 12 people. Its literally in front of the beach ie. theres a walkway then bushes then its the beach! nice =D

The beach up front from the house is quite big too.. from our after drinks midnight strolls, we walked the beach every night we were there but didnt seem to reach the end of it, before we had to head back to the house.

2nd day we drove 20mins away to another secluded beach. This place is located in a national park.

There was also a walking that some of the others wanted to do, but yea.. didnt get to it since every1 was buggered from lack of sleep.. too busy having fun at the beach XD

I've forgotten that Jervis Bay is well known for its white sand.. and yea.. boy was the sand white =P was very pretty there ^_______^ had fun just hanging around checking out the view.. some took a dip.. some went climbing on the rocks as well..kicked a soccerball around..

there were some dirty sand sculptures .. to say the least =P and some artistic ones like the above :)

There were some really nice shots taken as well as one of the guys brought along their SLR professional cameras. i like the above pic ^__________^

There was alot of drinking involved every night.. lots of group shots drinking @_@

I think we had finished most of the alcomohol on the first night and brought abit more for the 2nd.. in the end i think we finished everything pretty good :P

Had bbq food for lunch and dinner most of the time.. alot of meat etc =P breakfast u had to do urself.. heaps of eggs n bacon =D

all in all an interesting weekend XD
missing the beach time already =(

City 2 Surf

14km run.. wasnt too bad =D

did the first 5kms with friends so that went by quickly, after that i sort of lost everyone and just went at my own pace.

sooo many ppl were watching the hoard of runners (us) from the city 2 surf =D

Not sure wat time i started as i think we joined the 'back of the pack' group.

went past a 'Budgie Smugglers' group of 10 guys lol... some with colourful body paint.. they were only dressed in speedos to say the least lol =P

This is the first city 2 surf i've been to and it was an interesting experience to say the least =D i half walked and jogged at my own pace.

Through the dodging people along the way, there were quite a few interesting areas that i past:

- some people who lived where we ran past had some music up on full blast so we could hear it while we ran past XD
- some had bbqs in front of their houses watching everyone that went past their place
- lots of little kids sitting in front of their houses in groups offering free water or holding waterpistols =P
- one dude in front of his house with friends had his hose going and just getting any1 that ran past lol
- went past 3 jazz bands made up of some elderly gentlemen who played in bus shelters on the way =D was quite good

went past alot of water stations and gatoraide stations, i had my own bottle of water with me so i didnt really take any.. tho it wasnt very apealing to see them filling up cups with jugs.. that they dipped into bins of gatoraide.. and i do mean bins.. with garbage bags and all =\

was quite crunchy running past the drink stations as the plastic cups end up on the floor and everyone is running through/on them lol =P

in the last 2kms i finally see the beach XD so close to the finish!!! finally!!

nearing the finish at bondi beach XD was good to see the flags on how much longer i had to go =P

and finally reaching the finish line! i was happy that i made the whole 14kms XD

didnt get a medal tho :( as i had registered too late and didnt want to line up in the MASSIVE and i mean massive line for the bibs to enter in the race =\ u give in the bibs at the end and they give u a medal for it.. oh well i just went n ran unregistered =).

surprised that i lasted the whole way =D wouldnt mind doing it again ;) tho i'd know better on what to bring n that next time.

was soooo sore after that but.. =P lol

Die Hard 4.0

Went to see this last week. was quite an ok movie. some funny parts.. heaps of action tho.

dunno how his character survived most of what he went through =\

not much else i can say about it =P action action action..

and it went for 2 hours i think =P

Sydney Design 2007

went to the sydney design show at the Powerhouse Museum =D

checked it out with some friends n took pics for the ones that couldnt go XD

wasnt too bad.. got abit boring tho. they still hav alot of the old powerhouse stuff like the trains n locomotive sections.

havent been there since primary school or something now lol

The Aftermath

After the dancing etc, i caught up with a friend and we went to play pool heheh ...
i guess i was lucky that night =P

i dont play pool very often.. and if u see me play, i rely on luck more then skill hehe XD

i won!! bwahahhahahaha.. by 1 ball =P hehe.. and my friend being a guy.. i had to rub it in ;) hehehe =P
after that i retired back to my room =P

morning we had to go breakfast quickly and pack before the buses left. SLept on the bus for most of the way =P

back at work now =D

gotta catch up on work .. so buggered tho.. =_=" didnt get much sleep cause of unusual surroundings.. i kept waking in the middle of the night =(
so yea.. hoping to leave early today ;)

got a hectic weekend ahead of me =)

ArRRRRRR

After team scoring and awards ceremony, we headed to our rooms and got some time off before dinner.

our rooms were quite nice =D every1 had a twin room but we got one with double beds XD hehe

i went down to the bar to meet up some friends/colleagues n chatted for abit. then headed back to room to get ready for the party ;)

The theme this year was 'Pirates of the Caribbean' XD

my costume is made up of normal clothes i have already n just made it piratey.. bandana etc =P

wen we got to the dining area, the stage area was setup like a boat with a sail at the back and curtains with fairy lights on it, as well as a small stage with rails like a boat as well as the steering wheel XD

there was heaps of maad costumes!!

lots hired out from places i think, there were alot of captain cook style costumes.. quite a few 'jack sparrow' costumes complete with dreadlocks lol

there were a few pirate wenches, lots of plastic sword fights going on.. daggers..lol

lots of assesories like parrots on shoulders, eyepatches, telescopes, clip on or fake hooped earings, some asian pirates, some looked like they were arabian styled pirates lol =P

a couple of different costumes that i have to mention.. very unique ;)

- one guy dressed as a pregnant nun ROFL that was hilarious
- a mouse
- pirated cds guy ( had cds attached to his clothing) lol
- viking

we had a buffet dinner which was nice, and company awards given out as well.

the host kept the theme alive with every1 having to talk with ARRRRR in watever words they can fit it in =P

after that there was some serious dancing going on lol was a fun nite =D got abit tiring with all the dancing.

The Amazing Race

Company Team Building 1.5 days =P

Started thursday morning by wearing our randomly allocated coloured t-shirts and finding our teams. Most teams were of about 5-7 people per group and we had like 15 teams or something going.

every one had a coloured shirt and strip of material or bandana to wear. (gooo team yellow~!)

Locations are encrypted and the challenge task is given in the enclosed papers for each envelope give out after each challenge is complete. The challenge completed, is recorded by the organisers by digital camera and team scored accordingly for the task completed, we were then given an envelope with the next location and challenge to decrypt.

its gonna take ages to write up all the challenges n locations so im gonna point form them =P

challenge:

1. Pyrmont - create team chant which is then video recorded on digital cameras and points given for creativity.

2. Tumbalong park (darling harbour) - 2 team members to draw portraits of 2 team members. photos taken with pics.

3. Chinatown - normal points: team to purchase and drink hot chinese tea in front of officials as proof that it has been done - pics taken. Bonus points: team to purchase and eat something unusual from a chinese restaurant in front of officials, also recorded by photos.

4. Train to Parramatta - team to get on train at a certain time heading for paramatta, access a website from mobile, identify 6 sydney famouse spots pictured.

5. Parramatta (townhall) - get some food/drinks/fruits, solve tangram puzzle, timed + scored by officials as well as photographed.

6. Train to Emu Plains - team to come up with or find some irish jokes.

7. Emu Plains (irish pub) - teams to perform karaoke or tell 2 jokes for points. we had a lunch.. which was more like ..fingerfood n chips =\ gay

8. Train to katoomba - teams to make a model of a train from paddle pop sticks, stickeytape, rubber bands, scissors.

9. Katoomba (echo point) - we arrive at the station which we then had to board these wooden trolley buses to echo point, each team had their trains scored by officials, photos taken at the checkpoint. We had to yell something at echo point to hear the echo, then conga in a line for 5 meters lol this was hilarious

10. Leura - we then had to catch a trolley bus back to the resort where we were staying overnight.

It was crazy running around everywhere in the city and the long train rides with tasks to keep us busy. so pretty much we had to make our own way to the accomodation lol. tightasses i tell u =P

it was fun, but also tiring running around and keeping the group together.

we were hassling train passengers for help at some points to help us figure out what some pictures were.

quite a few people i heard thought we were from Americas 'the amazing race' lol some lied and said we were and people believed it!!

but yea lol we cause soo much havoc wherever we went lol. i think it would be funny seeing us run around in our coloured shirts all going to the same location in the city XD

Once we got to the accomodation, scores were taken and teams were awarded for highest scoring.

they had time to kill since they were still counting up the scores so we had aboriginal performers come in n muck around with us..
they showed us the digeridoo, made some ppl dance like kangaroos, emus, goannas which was funny XD pretty much every1 did it at the end =P

lots of funny videos i reckon tho ;) lol

as for team scoring:

Team that came last got a plastic compas ring each XD

top 5 teams got a box of chocolates each.

team that won got a trophy and bottles of champagne =)

The Simpsons Movie

Saw simpsons last nite XD
i liked it!! very cute and had funny moments like the tv show. its like an extended version of the tv series =)

got some fav parts or quotes i still remember : (i'll try not to spoil it too much)

- Ralph in the opening credits
- Bart skateboarding nekkid
- Flanders n kids saying grace before eating.. just when bart lands spread eagle on the window behind them
- spiderpig XD
- Barts pic of homer with flanders drawn over it.. using it against homer "didily didily" lol
