I remember this trailer.. where humans live behind walled cities to protect them from the vampires who roam the outside.. the vamps were more like aliens in this movie then the twilight type :P
the main guy accidentally gets an alien weapon attached to his arm while he ran away from the ufo that obducted him
he meets people that join forces with him to save their loved ones from the aliens
