trip to new york!!!
was dreading the long ass flight time :(
turned out it wasnt too bad... but still barely survived :P
day 1..
it was about a 6hr flight to tahiti..then an 11 hr flight to new york..
i was lucky to have a spare seat betweeen me and some old dude.. i was helping him with the remote n the tv thingy...he was bugging me for help after that =_=
didnt get much sleep.. hard to sleep on plane..anyhoo.. watched movies:
chronicles of narnia
kung fu panda
ironman
made of honor
we arrived in the arvo on the same day... NY is about 14 hrs behind oz :)
was bit cold n rainy... :( .. long ass line to get past the imigration bit..
went straight to our hotel..majorly jetlagged..
stop over in tahiti :D

day 2
slept in...weee hehe..we were both braindeadedd from the flight..
rained again.. subwayed to penn station.. (just after times square) was quite close :)
madison square garden. one of the station exits.. where allt he games are held :)
we went nuts in macyś!!! equivalent to our myers.. but heaps better... heaps of brands..prices were similar to our myer stuff too...
they got those old wooden escilators :D like we used to have in DJs.. not there no more but :(
happy :) got new clothes!! ^__________^
they had some nice shoes...but not in my size :( i reeeeally want those black n white doc martins :´(
started raining so we went back before it got dark..grabbed some pizza for lunch:)
day 3
spend aaages on the train today... like hours ... =_=.. went to this premium factory outlet place my friend told me about.. didnt know it was THAT far. =_=¨¨
trains every 2 hrs...and we had to change trains.. and each wait for a train is like an hr....*sigh*
finally got there.. had a quick look around mainly focussing on the nike n adidas shops...didnt find much..
sis got heaps of stuff from timberland.. echo united...pretty good prices..
the expensive brands we looked at were still expensive =_=
lugged our stuff back to ny.. grabbed dinner..tried to catch some more shoppin but they were already closing..
meh..more tomorrow..i wanna buyyyyy more..
