we saw some kids walking up the street with this toy.. i guessed it was from capitol skilltesters.. turns out i was right.. so hard to win though :( my friend really like it hehe..



went to dinner at a jap restaurant in qvb.. after 1.5hrs of walking around finding a place.. =_=
was ok.. we were buggered as.. pic is of the wall.. it was a shiny gold umbrella like material.. cool effect on the display wall :)

hmm.. movie was ok.. great makeup and special effects but the action was abit iffy..

still a good movie :) interesting characters and storyline..

i was expecting the elves to be more pretty.. but then i guess theyre night elves *Shrug

been hanging around friends place lately as they were back for holidays between their language classes overseas..

been playing wii fit games!! interesting mat indeed. hehe.. love the mini games.. though not as interested in the yoga ones :P

another game we've been playing heaps lately is Geometry Wars!!!

omg.. its quite simple to play.. but gets wayy too flashy and it gets confusing with all the bright flashing moving colours



mainly you and your comrads are mini space planes going around shooting everything and collecting the green dots for points..

when the enemies appear like crazy as per above.. and theres 4 of you playing and shooting..
my eyes go fuzzy @_@

ehhe tho i have picked up how to play it properly after watching friends play it hehe.. dirty tactics :P

i liked it :D about a lobbyist for a tobacco company.. and he had the gift for talking.. can turn any topic around to his favour.. and its hard as the PR person for a cigarette company due to health concerns n that..

about an army special forces dude from israel that feels no pain.. the best at fighting and catching bullets lol..

his dream is to become a hairdresser in america..

so he fakes his death and flies to america to work in a hairdressing salon..

funny and stupid as hoards of ladies line up to get their hair cut by him.. and he sleeps with them as part of the haircut service lol.. some very wrong but funny scenes.. :P

the main chic character that Zohan falls in love with is HAWT...

so skinny.. n tall.. n she has boobs too T_T

was interesting to say the least.. tho quite small.. bit lame in some areas =\

2 jap bands.. didnt understand what they sang but yea.. rock group type.. lots of screaming and noise.. =_=

dressed in jap styles too.. and dyed hair n makeup etc..

Zero Gravity was an interesting band.. similar to current songs out now on radio.. their original songs were ok too..

most of the bands played original songs composed by themselves..



my friends band :D made up of 3 solo artists... definately a different sound compared to all the rock bands in the comp..

and they won!!! ^_________^ congratumalations!!!! :D

they had small prizes and silly games with the audience between each performance.. each band performed about 3-4 songs each.. mostly original..

winners were voted by the audience.

some much needed celebratory dessert and coffee/tea were eaten after the comp with friends from the winning band ;)
