summery day

Didnt have anything much to do today so went out to hang around the city with some friends =D

went to check out the skill testers =P



friend won these 2 as well as a donald duck =P bunny cuute XD i wanted the bunny... theres a black one and a pink one tooo XD



the one that we couldnt get was the really nice bears as above =( too hard
and there were some cute new ones.. i dunno wat the characters are but yea they're cute =D



had jap for lunch XD yum



forgot i hadnt worn this necklace in ages =D still my fav ^________^ theres a guy version of this one that i hav too =P black one..



and random crazy nails i did last week wen i was bored =P

Princess Diana Exhibition

There is a new Princess Diana Exhibit which i got to go to the opening premiere, located at the powerhouse museum.


They have alot of her memorabilia on display such us her clothes, her wedding gown, her belongings, like her old kids books and toys, ballet slippers, tap shoes, video of her when she was a kid taken by her dad.

There was also letters, and school diaries on display handwritten by diana, as well as short stories of her history in each different room with different things on display.

With her wedding gown and long ass train/veil @_@ there was a video of her wedding as well. Interesting to find out that Diana got engaged at 19 and Prince Charles was aged 32.

Diana also did alot of charity work, alot where brought to light to the world as she went around seeing unwell patients in poor countries.

Upto the video of her funeral, as well as Elton Johns written lyrics to 'candle in the wind', it was a great reminder of how loved Diana was as well as how much good she did in her time.

There were condolence books on display.. 2 wall shelves full of them with letters and short notes on display, heaps of books from all different areas of the world writing their thoughts to Diana.

Sad to see that part... but it helps us to remember Princess Diana.

She also had some old LV suitcases on display hehe ;)

This opening came with free finger food and drinks =D some really nice stuff hehe
we were stalking the waitresses at one point to get to the food =P

had heaps of yum food like lamb shanks, prawn skewers, veal, potatoe n mushroom nibbles... yum hehe =P
we had a meal of the finger food lol

they also had nice wines, champers, and sparkling water =P

was interesting but a small exhibit =) Diana was a very cute little kid XD

Some of the toys that me and my friend has won XD they are sooo addicted to those skill tester machines =P i reckon its rigged.. like they let u actually get a toy every 30 goes or smth =P

anyways.. friend has said they wont get any more of these toys =P i think they're on 6 right now lol

ive won like 2.. tho its like gambling =\ have to put so much in before u get a damn toy >_<

anyhoo.. these machines are quite popular.. they go thru toys pretty quick so some machine may have new toys every few days =D

They also had these touch screen machines i used to play heaps during uni XD

eeeeeeeeeeeee .. its a spot the diff game.. so long since ive played it.. hehe brings back memories.. =D cant get high score no more =(

i swear.. theyre the messies cook's i know.. uses every utensil, plate, bowl and cup they can get their hands on.. =_="

other then that.. we had really nice food =D they cant seem to stop throwing everything into the food when they were cooking but =P lol bit of everything

im complaining bout the messy cook thing cause i ended up washing everything afterwards lol

but yea.. man.. boy did we eat.. ate like alll day.. lol never ending food..

some colleagues at work started this whole electric helicoptors thing =P randomly gets noisy and plants getting cut cause of these things lol

Went to the bowling alley in fox studios... its quite small tho .. but not a bad refurbishment =D they have different bowling shoes which were more padded then the normal ones u get usually as pictured above. we had ultra violet light tooo.. was different to the normal bowling alleys which was good =D
