i saw and ordered this super cute macaron making set from japan
unfortunately the recipe and instructions are in japanese :(
so i looked up some recepies and attempted to make some normal ones first before i can use the japanese template for making cute shapes
i had too much flour/sugar leftover which made the batter doughy.. though its meant to be a runny thick consitency
so mine turned out lumpy.
the texture was correct though.. a crunchy crust with chewy center.
the bisuit was abit sweet.
so my retarded macarons look more like monte carlo biscuits hehe
might try it again and hopefully i get it looking like a macaron :P
