went with 2 girlfriends to melbourne for a long weekend.
we flew out in the morning on friday.
picked up a hire car, then drove to our hotel in St Kilda
we originaly booked at South Yarra but due to renovations they moved us to St Kilda
we ended up in a family room :D heaps of room
3 bedroom + 1 bathroom, living room & kitchen

next we went for a walk around town, looking for some sweet dessert wines
as well as abit of grocery shopping at 7 Eleven
then we headed to St Kilda Beach to have a look around

walked around the beach to the pier. it was fairly windy tho warm that day
about 30 degrees

then shopping on st kilda.. luckily the restaruants/shops were open
(public holiday easter friday)

Next day, we had a full day tour to Morninton Peninsula.
7am: pick up from hotel

we bought some wines :P mainly desert ones

we had a ball jumping around taking pics heheh
awesome colourful huts
we checked out chapel street, though not many shops were open since it was early
then we spent 5 hours in chadstone shopping hehe
then back to the airport to head home
